| We understand that being involved in a traffic collision can be traumatizing and an inconvenience. We understand this is the last place you probably want to be next to the dentist's office. Please understand that we are here to try to help you through this and restore your car to its "Pre-Accident Condition".
Please understand that we are not a reality T.V. show i.e.: Monster Garage or Pimp My Ride or Overhaulin. We do not have a group of 10 technicians waiting to work on your vehicle exclusively 12 hours a day for 5 days. We do have highly trained technicians to restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition.
The repair process does take time. The industry uses a standard of $1,000.00 per week for repairs. If your estimate is $3,000.00, your vehicle will most likely be here 3 weeks. We will do everything in our power to expedite your repairs but we will not compromise the quality of repairs. We will not promise you an exact time or day that your vehicle will be complete. If you have rental coverage, most insurance companies will only cover thirty days. Thirty days to us is twenty working days. If it appears that your repairs will take longer we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not pay for rental car coverage. We constantly experience parts delays from all of the parts manufactures, this is out of our control. We do not stock parts for vehicles, every part is ordered from the dealer or a sublet vendor.
We would appreciate an e-mail address to update the status of your repairs. You can access the status of your repairs on our web site www.powayvalleycollision.com. You can input your e-mail address in the Check Your Vehicle Section (if you did not provide us one). We will keep the status of repairs updated there. If you have a very large claim you may not see any progress for up to 2 or more weeks. It may be in Metal Repair for a majority of the time as this is the longest process of the repairs.
As hard as we try, we cannot make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time, however, it is a goal we are striving to achieve
