Solar Power:

As a collision repair facility, we require a lot of energy to power our facility. We believe in improved productivity, product quality and health & safety issues. That's why we went solar. Our facility is the only one of its kind that generates 90% of its energy from the sun; we have 540 solar panels and 27 power invertors that generate over 350Kwh of power per day. This project is powered by Western Solar.

Unibody Realignment:

Gone are the days of a chain tied to an old oak tree out back to straighten your vehicle after an accident. Today's automobile technology requires components to be within milimeters of tolerance. That's why we have 3 Chief EZ-Liner frame straightening machines and 2 Velocity computerized measuring sytems. There is no guesswork. We can print out before and after measurements of your vehicle to assure all parties involved that your vehicle has been repaired properly.

We also have a Velocity Snap Shot that pre-measures a vehicle to determine any possible hidden frame damage before it goes to the technician to allow us to prepare a more accurate estimate. This also allows us to minimize your down time by advising your insurance company at the beginning of the process.

Metal Department:

Our 13,000 square foot metal department can do it all. From repairing dings, dents and damaged panels to replacing complete components, it all happens here. We currently have 8 I-Car trained technicians to restore your foreign or domestic vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Cars, trucks, or vans...not a problem!

Unlike other companies that weld "qualify" their technicians, our technicians are certified from the American Welding Society for steel and aluminum for your safety.

Paint Department:

With 7 prep stations, 4 heated downdraft spray booths and 7,500 square feet, our paint department can handle any refinishing project you need. We mix PPG finishes in-house with factory formulas to restore your finish to its original factory condition.

Central Dust Extraction System:

We believe there's no place for dust in our facility. That's why we use a Eurovac dust extraction system to eliminate dust particles that could get into your vehicle and into your final finish. Dust is removed from the vehicle at the time it is produced. This keeps your vehicle cleaner and is environment-friendly not only to our staff but also to our neighbors.
